The gameplay of Trove is influenced by the same cartoon style that's used in Hell's Kitchen, with the use of a lot of the same greens for combat, and the same browns for items and clothing that give the restaurant a homely feel. Trove's endgame involves going to the Plane of Telara, where you'll find that the Golden City has been destroyed.

From there, you'll have to earn your way into the higher levels of the realm, called "the Planes". You'll also need to complete quests and go through the daily activities associated with the realm, which can be very challenging, as most of them involve doing something like killing a lot of zombies or creatures to earn experience points that can later be spent on items and abilities that will help you progress through the Planes.

The final goal of the game is to reach the highest rank possible - which involves a lot of grinding, as you'll learn when you get close to the goal. But, if you're into the daily challenges, you'll quickly realize that Trove isn't just another hack and slash MMORPG; it's an effective means of advancing through the Planes of Telara while staying in character.

A big part of Trove is the combat, and the game has a whole host of fighter classes for you to choose from that have special abilities depending on the kind of playstyle you like. If you like getting up close and personal with your enemies, then maybe play as a Knight or Dracolyte, but if you prefer keeping your distance and doing damage with ranged attacks, there are other options like the Gunslinger or Ice Mage classes.

Be sure to try them all out! MMOs can be tough to get right, but the developers of Trove have honestly done a fantastic job.
